Theodore S. “Ted” Wentz, 63, of Palmyra, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018, in the M. S. Hershey Medical Center with his family and friends by his side.
Born in Harrisburg on March 13, 1954, he was the son of the late George W. Sr., and Margarete Titus Wentz.
Ted was a retired truck driver. He was a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America and its Hershey Region. From NASCAR to dirt track, Ted was an avid racing fan. He also enjoyed watching football and baseball.
He is survived by his wife, Joan L. Fetterhoff Wentz, with whom he spent 47 years; two brothers, George W. Wentz, Jr. and John Wentz husband of Patricia both of Hummelstown; two sisters, Alice Wanner of Hummelstown, and Rebecca Nale wife of Dennis of Lewistown; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Ted was preceded in death by a brother, James Albert Wentz.
A private service will be held by the family at a later date.
